Our wrestling program runs year-round. Practices include Freestyle, Greco-Roman, and High School wrestling.
The wrestling club is open for boys and girls ages 5 and up, High School kids, and adults. See schedule.
The head coach is Valentin Kalika, former Soviet Union/Ukraine coach. He has 29 years of coaching experience. 15 years of coaching in California.
Wrestling practices are based on creating and maintaining an environment in which the champion in every child can blossom.
The coaches are effective in preparing wrestlers for the challenges of competition and are able to instill positive values such as goal setting and self-discipline, while maintaining a high degree of enjoyment and fulfillment for the wrestlers.
